Crock Pot Venison Stew


2 pound Venison cubes
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 stalks celery, diced
1 tablespoon Parsley, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup Water
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup tomato sauce
Oregano
2 tablespoons oil
Basil

Instructions 
Brown meat in oil. Place celery and onion at the bottom of the crock pot. Add browned meat and remaining ingredients. Cook on low for 7-8 hours.
